I don't know where you can buy that .300 Win Mag Lee Loader today, but I can verify that Lee usta make/sell it.
I drew a Wyoming bull moose tag in 1983, and I bought a new .300 Win Mag Lee loader to make my moose ammo. I still have that LL, along with several others.
It worked, too! Nice bull, using 200 gr. Nosler Partitions.
Gun shows, online want ad, etc is my best suggestion.

Try the Lee handpress -- it uses standard dies, is easy to use and highly portable (I take mine to the range with me and load right at the bench when working up loads.)

My only belted magnum is a 7mm Remington. I size to headspace on the shoulder, not on the belt, which means I work the brass very little. Some say it's hard to size the case down near the belt, but I never had a problem with rounds failing to chamber.

actually, i have been just neck sizeing. i am only using the shells from my gun, and i have had issues in the past doing full length risizing. quite short case life, like 3 reloads. so i am going to see if the neck sizing will extend the case life. i am on the second reload on a set of cases. so i dont know how this will end up yet.

p.s. i do have a lee classic loader, for 45 acp. at one time i also had on for 30-06, which i sold after i sold the rifle. it works. it makes ammo. you can shoot it. but it isn't exactly what i would call high quality precission ammo. it takes longer, you beat the "dies" on and off the cases with a hammer, a block of wood, grandpa's cane, grandma's false leg, whatever is handy. but it DOES work.

It works great. I highly recomend it. Like others said if you can get a press and a neck sizing die. Thats a good start. If i were you i would just keep checking ebay. I have seen that lee loader on there before. It took me a year to find one in .410 shot gun. Now i have 2 lee loaders in .410 shotgun. Its just going to take some time. As far as how they work. They work good. They are a little slow. However they work. I have one in 30-06,30-30,9mm,12guage, 410 guage. I acutally have 2 in 30-30, 2 in 12 guage and 2 in .410 plus the others.

For necksizing, I like the Lee Collet Die, especially for "difficult" cases like the .22 Hornet, or .303 British in rifles with extra deep chambers.
And yes, the Lee Hand Press will activate the collet.

I recently bought a 70s era Lee Loader in 22-250 at a gun show for $10...for about $70 total I had everything I needed to reload for that round (powder/primers/bullets/Lee manual/lube/powder funnel/etc).
I've made up 16 rounds because that was all the brass I had. The first one took me about 20 minutes going very slowly, but I could probably do 40-50 per hour now if I were in production mode. I'm not trying for world-record accuracy...if I can hit a clay pigeon at 200 yards I'll be pretty happy with it.
My best guess with the low volume of components I bought is I can load a box of 22-250 with 55gr V-Max for just under $8.

The Lee loader was used to load ammo which set the record for the smallest group at 1000 yds. The record held for seven years. Ref. MODERN RELOADING, by Richard Lee p. 49. Good enough for me. I've been using one for five years for my .270 Winchester. The only draw back is that it is slow.
