When Democrats are given 60 seats it will happen. Actually, 57 seats and a few republican swingers will do it.

I disagree. Any Senator who stood to support Mrs. Clinton for a Supreme Court position would take WAY TOO MUCH heat from his constituents back home.

She is much too divisive. She is known to be a hard core Marxist. She wouldn't be confirmed.

I believe that I'd rather see a clinton president, than a clinton supreme court justice. And that sucks, and not in a good way!
