CMP Kimber .22's

What's the story on the Kimber .22's that the CMP is selling.

$600 for an american made target rifle, with sights seems pretty decent.

I've been thinking about one of these myself. A review of threads at the CMP forum suggest they are good value for the money.

They are nice little target .22's, I think they were made in Austrailia.

They are nice rifles. I have fired the civvie version (I don't know the difference) and it is VERY accurate. If I had $600, I'd probably get one.

I think new they were over $1200, the CMP guy told me.
