Technically NO, only because there shouldn't even be a choice for the American people to join a North American Union. Such a move is impossible as the Constitution is written. Such a move would render the Constitution null and void. As a result, we would have broken or the government would have broken the social contract between the people and the government made when the country was founded. But aside from that technicallity, the vote on that poll is a massive YES!!!!!!
A North American Union is a forfeiture of sovereignty. As such, the Constitution cannot be "downgraded" to that of a "state" constitution - it is a document that deals with a sovereign state.
I disapprove of referendums on matters of liberty, and I certainly disapprove of these clowns mixing us into a continental nation when we cannot even get basic reforms or compliance according to our existing Constitution.
This is all disgusting. The writing is on the wall, we will have a North American Union. Part of that plan will be to finally ban guns in America. Or at least ban them down to the level of Canada or worse to make us compatible (lowest common denominator) with the rest of the "union" ....

Well, I for one am not a citizen of the north american union. I will not recognize any laws etc put forth in it's name. If that means the end my days, so be it.

Depending on how much you have read about the North American Union. Should this come to pass then our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and precious Second Amendment (along with all the others) are in jeopardy of becoming thing of the past.
Unless we protest this now and very loudly the only ones that will benefit are the anti gunning UN, and big business which will give them (and all terrorist) free access all up and down this section of the world.
In the interim America will loose it sovereignty, and the citizen will become a true 3 rd class world citizen. I do believe our founding fathers would be having fits were they around today, even the JFPO is on this like stink on Hilary
