On another thread there were pictures of shotguns with collapsible stocks. Who makes these and where can I buy one?

in addition ot mesa tactical, there are two other companies that make collapsable stocks.

Argonaut Armament

and

Cavalry arms

the argonaut stock adaptor is the first one out there, and is only for collapseable stocks and only for the 870.

the cav arms is available for the 870 and the 500/590, and works with fixed stocks, too.

We will have kits for the Winchester 1300 in about a week.

We also support the Mossberg 500. We thought this meant we support the 590 as well, but we have had one return from a guy who had trouble installing it on his 590A1. We don't yet know if the problem was the 590 or the A1.

Take a chance. Money back guarantee. Safety is hard to reach, though.

Mesa: thanx for the respose.

Ques: is it possible to get a longer-than-average length of pull on your collapsible stocks? Maybe 15 inch?

Andrew said,
crank the stock all the way out and you're golden.

What do you mean crank it out? The collapsible stocks I've seen only have two settings. Short and long. But even the longest setting I've seen is only about a 13 inch length of pull.

ar-15 stocks have between four and six settings, and the adaptors add an inch to an inch and a half to the length of pull.

I normally use a 12.5 inch fixed stock, and one click out is about perfect for me.
