So in every post about 380's someone says you can get a 9mm in the same size package, but noone ever says what that package is. I like the Bursa's, am not a fan of Keltecs, and for a compact want to be able to hit what I shoot at (good sites, and accuracy). So can someone give me a list of the compact 9mm? No luck on the search function, Thanks!

The S&W CS9 is another small singlestack 9mm. The Springfield XD Compact, SW99 / Walther 99 Compact, and the new S&W M&P compact are double stack 9mms that are comparable in size to the Glock 26.

As far as I know, there is only one 9mm that is close to the P-3AT, 380 pistol. It is the Rohrbaugh.

The PF9 is the thinnest and lightest 9mm out there and is still much larger than a P-3AT.

The PT111 is wayyyyy bigger and heavier than a P-3AT.

Springfield XD X-9 sub-compact.

Those itty-bitty 380's seem like cheap squirt guns to me and not something I want to put life on the line with. The smallest dependable 9mm I could find was the XD and the Glock 26.

For compact size in 9mm with great sites that shoots accurately (for me anyway) - Kahr PM9, or MK9 if you don't like polymer and/or want a little more weight.

If it ain't slim it ain't compact. I think you can rule out Glock, Sig and Springfield XD for that reason. They chop a little off each end of combat handguns and say "here's a compact for you". I just sold my Sig P239. Good riddance fat gun.

Get a Kahr P9.

I am very much inclined to agree with 10-Ring as it seems he has some very good tastes.

The USPc and P2000 in my opinion are the best compact firearms. They are lightweight, hold a decent amount of ammo, are reliable, and very durable.

If you like the Bersa Thunder .380 checkout the Bersa Thunder 9 Ultracompact. Not much bigger or wider, 13+1 and costs around $300 to $350. I liked mine so much that I ended buying another and a fullsize Thunder 9.
They also make a .40 (under the Firestorm brand) and a .45 (which is a bit bigger.)

I carry a HK P2000SK, one of the oft mentioned 9mms, but my Sig P232 conceals a whole lot easier. That's a fact. The .380s have their purpose and are perfecly acceptable to carry.

OOOOO I didnt know that Bersa makes a .40, I sure like having ammo compatability with stuff I already own. That Thunder 9 Ultracompact sounds about what I'm looking for but will check the sizes and prices. Thanks alot everybody, hope it helps more than just me.

The 9mm Walther P99c is pretty small and sleek. Around the size of a Glock 26. Because of the lines/contour it feels smaller than the Glock to me though the actual dimensions may prove otherwise. I find the P99c very easy to shoot.
