My LC9s is my go to carry piece most of the time. I'm proficient with it, it's reliable and very comfortable and concealable IWB.

During cooler months I will frequently carry something full size OWB if I'm wearing a jacket all day.

For 7 years ny EDC was an LCP but over the last year I gradually transitioned to a G23 as an EDC.

I'm not one to give up on a handgun quickly and now that I've changed over the LCP will languish in the safe till I figure out what to do with it.

I have a number of CC guns I like, but it's my middle age eyes that tipped me towards my P320RX. A red dot sight is a gift for those of us who see blurry sights.

LCR 38 special is my most common, in cargo shorts. LCP if I need to go smaller.

For winter, a CA Bulldog in the coat pocket, or a Glock 43 OWB are both nice.

For me, I have not run across any one gun that will suit all scenarios. I prefer carrying DA/SA hammer fired pistols like my Sig 239 but there are times when that is just too big. I've carried a LCP Custom in my right front pocket for over a year but still wonder if it would truly stop some of these big guys I see out and about. I'm trying out a Sig 938 Extreme and while that gun hits a lot of my hot buttons, I think the grip needs to be just a tad longer so I don't pinch myself during reloads and I would prefer to have that gun with a DA/SA trigger or at a minimum a DAO but it is it what it is so I'm giving it a try. But even if that gun carries well there will be times when I will prefer something larger like my Sig 239. And if I ever run across a Kimber K6 in the three inch barrel variety I just might take one home and give it some carry time. But I will never carry a G....Gl......G...well you know.

My small carry is a PPS M1 9mm with a 6 round magazine and 7 in my off side pocket. I am looking into getting a NAA mini in .22magnum again for when the slim 9 feels big.

In my 7th decade. Frist handgun experience 1911A1 familiarization firing August - 1964 at Parris Island South Carolina. Viet-Nam MOS dictated 1911A1, left handed living in the right handed world. As a citizen S&W double action revolvers and occasional flirtation with the Browning HP. Then came the DA/SA semiautomatic pistols along with the striker fired. As this is written S&W MP9 - 9c and Shield 9mm. Usually up at the crack of dawn and walk several miles, usually carry one of the three previously mentioned S&W-9mm pistols.

I actually do carry a Glock 19 every day. Business End Customs retextured the frame, undercut the trigger guard, and removed the finger grooves.

I'd be lying if I said I was in love with the Glock 19. I'm just in like with it. It's good enough at everything. Kind of premium mediocre. But balanced with no real weaknesses or exceptional strengths.

Although I have four or five guns that are in the rotation the ones I seem to use more and more is my PPS M2 and FNS 9c.

Between work and farm I've been carrying either a KelTec P3AT or a Walther PPK/s .22. Both are adequate for my needs and have had to use the Walther to dispatch a couple of snakes.
