I know a guy who shoots one for Bullseye competition.
The pistol was originally designed for more action-pistol sports, but he does well with it. He said that he prefers the Pardini because the larger grip fits his hand more comfortably than a standard 1911-pattern gun would.
I've considered one, but spare parts, extra mags, grips, and other accessories aren't nearly as easily had as for a 1911.
Well, that, and they're spendy.
