Conceal and Carry my 92fs

For a plastic holster, that setup can work, but the single point mount will be unstable in a leather holster (and eventually in the plastic variety as well). If you like that style and want it in leather, in an OWB design you would want to go with something similar to what sharpsdressedman posted which is an Avenger style. Cant can be adjusted in the design to your specifications. Some makers use a double slot design which gives you the option of no cant and a heavy cant (about 20 degrees). I prefer to pick one or the other - you'll find yourself only using one slot in the long run anyway and this falls into the training of muscle memory which is outside the scope of this post.

I own & have carried a Beretta 92 SB which is no longer made with the round trigger guard,It holds a 16 round magazine.? I have carried this gun for the last 25 + yrs while working in the personnel security business in NYC before retiring.? & It has served me well, Very dependable etc.?

In the course of my professional and private life, I have used many different weapons platforms. I feel that most Beretta handguns are reliable and excellently made. I'm glad to find a solution for conceal and carry for this platform.

The Galco Royal Guard has gotten the job done for me on occasion at work. Not allowed to CC anymore, so I'm not able to use it. At home I carry a Glock 19 in a Summer Comfort, very similar in design to the Royal Guard. I like both holsters. Actually, if you're interested in buying a lightly used Royal Guard (<60 days of carry) at a discount PM me and we can work something out. *Always worn with undergarments, clean, no sweat stains or other nastiness.

Eventually I'd also be interested in trying something with wider attachment points to see how much better the stability would be, but no problems whatsoever with the Royal Guard.

I carried a concealed M9A1 in the service. I used a Milt Sparks VM2. It is expensive, and takes a while to get (I think the back order may be 6+months) but it is the finest CC holster for that gun I have ever used, bar none. There are some clones out there that may work well, I don't know specifically off hand which ones, but make sure they have the right cant, that is really important to making that large piece of metal disappear, and you can make it disappear. When I carried mine, I was 5'7" and only weighed 150lbs, and I didn't just carry in uniform, that included "proper civilian attire." You can do it, good luck!
