I carried a concealed M9A1 in the service. I used a Milt Sparks VM2. It is expensive, and takes a while to get (I think the back order may be 6+months) but it is the finest CC holster for that gun I have ever used, bar none. There are some clones out there that may work well, I don't know specifically off hand which ones, but make sure they have the right cant, that is really important to making that large piece of metal disappear, and you can make it disappear. When I carried mine, I was 5'7" and only weighed 150lbs, and I didn't just carry in uniform, that included "proper civilian attire." You can do it, good luck!
