concealed weapon permit

hey guys, i need to write a bill for government class, and due to the recent shootings at Virginia tech, im going to write a bill that states that concealed weapons permits have to be accepted by all, im trying to say, that if you have a CCW then nobody can say you can't carry it and the school can not say you can not carry on campus, if you could please help me put this into what im trying to say, and some examples of where a concealed weapon saved someone's life, i'd really appreciate it

thanks, that link gives me pretty much all the stories i need, i should be able to sway the opinions of my anti-gun classmates by showing them what good guns can do
