converted Saiga gas tube?

I'm going to get a furniture set from Ironwood designs and stain it myself. I was talking to Inebriated in another thread and he told me I'd need a handguard retaining lower bracket and a gas tube with a bracket.

My question is this: Where do I get a gas tube with a bracket for the Saiga? CSS has the handguard retaining lower bracket, but no bracketed tube.
