So I finally found THE COOLEST GUN COMPANY EVER!!! I was sitting on a Bulgarian AK-74 build kit, barrel, E German furniture kit and receiver flat for almost a year as a custom build gun I wanted to pass down to my daughter for once she is 18... after looking for a long time for the right company to put this all together and make a custom receiver with her name and B-day as the serial #... I found THE COOLEST GUN COMPANY EVER!!!! IRON CLAD ARMORY from Port Wentworth GA.
Not only did they put together my kit flawlessly for a super reasonable cost, they exceeded pretty much all of my expectations... they made the custom serial number and added an additional line of engraving for free! While I expected a month or so, the turn around time was around a week!!! they only charged $15 shipping and shipped in a hard case... when I told them I had my own plastic furniture they charged a lower price then originally (since they didn't have to refinish any wood)... the build was pretty much flawless... straight sights, no mag wobble, quality finish... everything straight... I now have an AK as a family Heirloom that I am 100% proud to pass down to my princess...
The owner is a vet who seems to be in the business mainly cause he loves AKs... From super Awesome customer service, to looking out for what's best for the customer, very reasonable prices... not gouging during this time of inflated prices... excellent communication... I am impressed to say the least... I picked it up today from my local ffl... and plan on taking the AK to the range this weekend... if I can figure out how to post pics I'll do that soon.
