Copper Plated measures 354

Got an order of 2K copper plated 9mm 115gr advertised as 355.5 and they consistently measure 354. I believe my micrometer is accurate based on
measurements of other bullets that are 355 and 356.

I'm a plinker only so I doubt there will be any problem with the smaller diameter bullets, but thought I'd toss it out here for whatever feedback you more
experienced folks can offer.
