After getting into guns late in life, I went CZ crazy and now have the following:
Rami BD
P-01
CZ 83 nickel
Have been looking for a CZ 97 BD for quite a while but it seems like the well has dried up. So, for now this one gun is my wish list. But who knows, others may follow.
Crossed of the Colt 6920 a few month's ago. Still need to get a NoDak receiver for a M16A1 clone, and some FAL part's to send to Gunplumber for a build. Still would like to get into the 5.45x39 game. And a CZ PO9 Duty would be sweet.
Just picked up SP101 with 4"barrel yesterday. Just ordered some boxelder burl grip inserts and waiting for Monday to roll around so I can call up Mernickle leather guys about a custom crossdraw holster. So Iguess i don't have a wish list for another gun, but iI got a all sorts of things I wanna do with this gun: trigger polish, cylinder polishing with a bit of engraving, maybe even see if I can get "windows" cut into the holster to show off engraving
I may pick up a S&W M&P Shield 9mm within the next few days.
I've been looking for a CCW piece and I think it's the best of the available options in that size range.
A decent coach gun. I have no real use for it, just always wanted one.
A 45-70 lever to go next to the 39As, 1894c and 30-30. I'd probably shoot it once or twice, cry a little and put it away.
Maybe another single action wheel gun. I sold the only one I had to finance something else.
Nothing is really tugging at my heart strings right now.
I moved to Queensland Australia mid-Feb this year leaving all of my toys home pending legislation compliance here (as I have done previously for my five year stint in Alberta). I will get my licences, comply with with them and search for old British commercial Mauser's as I did whilst up north.
Been collecting for about 25 years, and am at the point where I'm selling a bunch more than I have the inkling to buy. Very few things being made these days, interest me as "gotta have".
Yesterday I picked up something that will knock two things off my list.
I got an H&R top break .38S&W, striking both a revolver and a project gun off my list.
This afternoon, I'll be hitting the LGS for the next item on my list, a semi auto 12 gauge.
The only remaining rifle objective was crossed off. A second Garand (CMP only) was hand-picked during a personal visit to Anniston on Aug. 31.
It was fortunate to be stuck in Atlanta between non-commutable trips.
My version of "Ruger Gunsite rifles" are the pair of large-ring Spanish FR8 Mausers from 1954 (strong 8mm actions with .308 bores).
"Any similarity is purely coincidental" and $425 each. The only remaining decision is choosing a first handgun: PA-63, P-64 or Bersa Thunder (.380).
About the only thing left is an M1A. I passed on one years a go when they were available through CMP or the old DCM. I have one rifle that might work as trade bait.
Finally crossed a 1911 off the list.
Now looking for a .45/70 Sharps, or
International Harvester Garand, or
1964 win mod '94, or
LeFever sxs, or
.45 cal percussion Hawken, or
S&W 19 2 1/2" or
425 Browning clays o/u, or......shall I go on??
....mrs kb says I am a sick man.
After getting a Ruger No. 1 RSI in .243 Winchester, the only gun I lust after is a Winchester 21 Trap.
Unfortunately, they are well above my comfort zone because they start at about $6,000 and without a fluid market it would be easy to lose a bundle if I wanted to sell in a hurry.
