What are these older stamped receiver rifles going for these days? Let's assume excellent condition.

Thanks

Based on the one I bought, 1K ballpark, possibly a little less. Count on more than $600 for one in any kind of condition though.

And if you were already aware of this, please ignore my pedantry, but they DO NOT take AR-15/M-16 magazines. Such magazines can be modified, fairly easily I am told, but won't work out of the box.

The prices seem to be edging up on these a bit. I wish I wouldn't have passed on the very good example I saw for $750 a few years ago.

I have an Armalite

fitted with an AK-74 brake, AR-15 mags can be modded. Here is a pic of it with my AR-15's. I gave $850.00 for it quite a few year's ago:)

Anyone know what the going price is for a loose Armalite 18 mag?

It's an original AR-18/180 mag, not a modified M-16 mag.

I just have one that was mixed in with a bunch of surplus M-16 mags I bought awhile back. I decided I'm not going to get a AR-18 after all so I might as well sell the mag. I haven't seen any loose to compare prices with.

Sorry

dont know what they are worth, I set up my dremel, and modded AR mags. EAGLE also makes a plastic mag that has the correct notch on the right side for the mag catch. :)
