Okay, I know the President of the company reads and posts here. I hope he reads this.
Now here is something I really don't need, but I suddenly really want to buy... Uberti makes a mini Rolling Block, and there are Low Walls in small bores. But I'm not attached to these guns, neat as they are. I do have a bit of an affinity for Sharps rifles.
One shot from a Sharps .45-70 last Fall has been feeding us for months, and from the looks of the freezer, should be feeding us for a long, long time into the future.
The thing is, a .45-70 isn't much of a plinker, and black powder cartridge rifles are a PITA. Reloading, cleaning, etc. can be time-consuming.
But Charles Daly now makes a "Little Sharps" in 10 calibers from .22LR and .22 Hornet, to .45LC and .30-30. I feel the suck, suck, suck of money being pulled from my wallet by an irresistible force.
And NO, I don't need the thing. I don't have a legitimate USE for the thing.
What a neat gun...
