So I have been looking to put an adjustable rear sight on my CZ-52 WITHOUT modifying the firearm from it's original configuration. Well what I I'd was order an LPA brand sight from http://www.precisionsights.com/ it was a model TPU57CZ, they said ths model would fit but it dd not, than I removed my standard sight and measured it. I believe it was 0.245in or close if I recall and than I took the LPA sight and measured and marked a line 0.270 or so and cut it with a hacksaw. I clamped the edge of the sight into a vise at the angle I wanted to make the cut. After you make the downward cut I just need to saw flat across the top of the vise to remove to chunk of material. Than I just filed the edge down, checking every few passes, to see f it was a tight fit on the gun.
Here are pictures of the final results.
