I have a full size 75 and a semi-compact. I am looking for a decent, but not expensive holster that these will fit it.(Not at the same time if anyone asks):)
Maybe something leather or some other type of material. Nothing hard plastic or along that category. Want it to go on a belt or other attachment along the pants line. Outside the pants carry on the right side. Did I forget any details?

I carry my fullsize CZ-75b .40 S&W in a Galco Combat master. It is a pancake style leather holster that rides outside the waistband, but does a pretty good job pulling the gun into your body for concealment under an untucked shirt. Make sure you use a sturdy belt 'cause a loaded steel frame 75 will sag all but the sturdiest of belts. I don't own a compact CZ, but I would guess you could also carry a shorter barrel CZ in the same rig assuming there is no light rail or extra stuff like that.

Get something with a FLAT inner face. Trust me. A lot more comfortable.

Don't discount the kydex holsters like CompTac or BladeTech. They're very high quality and are custom made to your firearm.

fwiw, i don't see how the fobus paddle types can be concealment holsters if you're looking to CCW. they stick out way too far on everyone i see them on. but your original post, since you want something soft, it shouldn't be a problem.

high noon holsters,
holsters by eric (HBE),
there's several listed at the cz forums...

Not using for ccw. Like the looks of the Highnoon holsters. Also the HBE's. Didn't know holsters would be that expensive. Might need to save a little more or look for one somebody wants to get rid of.

I use CompTac OWB paddle holsters. They are rigid, but they are inexpensive, have excellent retention without straps or such, are very stable, and remove easily when I need to take off the holster to go into an area into which I am not allowed to carry. The leather holsters that I have do not easily remove, especially when sitting in or getting in/out of a car.

In my opinion, Fobus holsters are very fragile and poorly constructed relative to either CompTac or BladeTech.

I have a CZ75 Compact and I, too, use the Galco Combat holster. It fits the Compact just as well as the full-size.

There are others available but you should be able to find the Combat holster at most any gun shop that stocks a good supply of holsters.

viking: holsters that work right don't come cheap, just like the gun you carry. if you get used, make sure it isn't beat and it's a quality one as well.

The more I read and look, I am not going to worry about the price. I just want to find a holster that suits me. The more I look, the more questions I have.......

Open top or thumb break?

Belt or paddle? Still want OWB. Like the idea of easy removal with paddle. Like the looks of the belt.......

Since my guns have the same frame, one good holster should work for both. Only difference is barrel length(about 1").

I use an Uncle Mike's nylon Holster for my CZ-75b (fullsize). It is OWB and keeps it high and tight. I can check the size if you want. It will fit the compact as well as the fullsize. I picked it up for $10? from a member here.

I have a CZ75 stainless that fits nicely into a Don Hume H710 "first agent" designed for a Sig P239. It only cost me 24.95 from a local gun shop.

Some others have had good experiences with HBE, but I am out $89 and 19 months on a Makarov holster from that guy. I've pretty much just chalked that one up for a loss.

I went the Tucker Gunleather route and could not be happier. I have two of them, one for IWB & one for OWB. I went with the plain jane holsters as well. Both are extremely well made and extremely comfortable.
