CZ 75B grip questions

I own a CZ 75B stainless with Crimson Trace grips. My daughter wants a CZ for college graduation. I bought her a 75B in black, and it came with the stock plastic handgrips. I know that CZ makes soft rubber grips. Although my daughter shoots my CZ well, it is a full sized pistol in a woman's hands. Is the CZ produced soft rubber grip any thicker than the plastic? Any suggestions for grips that would improve her grip on the pistol? When she gets home in December she'll be getting lessons from a friend who works as an instructor at Camp Perry, Virginia. She's a natural shooter, and is already beyond my ability to instruct her.

I have the Hogue rubber wrap-around grips on my CZ 85 Combat and I couldn't be happier. I believe Pachmayr makes a nice rubber wrap-around model as well. Either website can give you a picture of them.

CZ stock rubber grips are pretty thin, and quite comfortable. Many grip options exist, Hogues are also very good.

The cz rubber grips seem thinner and are the most comfortable in my opinion.

I also thought the rubber grips were more comfortable and ergonomic. They just somehow feel better.

I have the CZ checkered wood grips. I like them much better than rubber or plastic grips.

CZ's latest factory wood grips, in either the checkered or half-checkered versions, are quite slender and the best-feeling of all the ones I've tried.

The rubber grips are VERY ergonomic. The Hogue are somewhat slimmer, but straight, and with finger grooves. These grooves are probably OK for someone with slim fingers - like a woman. For me, they were simply too narrow between the middle finger and the trigger guard and made the grip uncomfortable. The CZ wooden grips are very slim. Right now the CZ USA site store is down, but they have all the CZ grips there also.

I first put Hogue wrap arounds on my CZ, but it made the grip a little fatter than I wanted. If you have the hand size, Hogues are a goood option. I went with the rubber CZ grips and could not be happier. I also put some skateboard tape on the front and backstrap and it make a nice secure grip.
