Great question! I've been searching for a nice leather holster for my CZ-82 since I bought it a little over a year ago and haven't found anything. I even considered buying a second CZ-82 that came with a duty holster rather than the ambi holster that my CZ-82 came with.
I certainly hope this question finds some answers as I'm curious about this as well.

Why not order one of the OWB models Milt Sparks makes?
Call and see if they have a mold for the CZ 82/83, I have the
MS #Axiom for my 1911 - fwiw the #55BN is slightly higher riding
Yes you have to wait 6 or 7 months for the order to be
made but the quality and design is worth it. IMO

This is a pic of my CZ83 in a #1holster by FIST. It is an IWB and I realize the OP wanted an OWB. FIST can, and will, make just about any holster for nearly any gun. I suggest that you call them and ask them what they might suggest.
Oh yes! FIST makes a quality product and a reasonble price and you don't have to wait forever for it to arrive.
