Last January I ordered a CZ 527 Varmint heavy barrel in 6.5 Grendel. Absolutely gorgeous rifle that turned out to be a stinker. Inaccurate, bolt is hard to operate, a burr on the feed ramp that scraped the copper off the rounds.
I made arrangements to send it in for repair in late October. I had been getting weekly status emails until yesterday. I was advised that my copy falls outside their accuracy standards and will have to be replaced, but since the 527 is one of the models being replaced with he new 600 lineup, that may not be realistic. A link to the CZ 600 catalog was included in my email, and I’ve been offered a replacement from any of the 4 variations at no up charge.
This looks like customer service on a higher level to me.
