Hi all, looking for some advice please. I own a CZ 75B 9mm. Love it. I'm now looking to purchase a 2nd CZ (ALSO IN 9MM) which one should I get? Carrying purposes are not a priority. Any & all suggestions/recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have a P-07 Duty in 9mm. I love the gun, and everyone who I have let shoot it loves it. My buddy likes it more than his USP Compact. Even my wife loves to shoot it and she's not a gun person. I've put about 1k rounds through it, not a single FTF, FTE, or any hiccups. It's more accurate than me. Recoil is really mild, due to the fairly light slide and perfect ergonomics.

With that said, when I head to the gunshow this weekend, I'm keeping my eyes open for a RAMI. :)

I have a CZ-75BD and a PCR. Best 9mm's I have found. The PCR gets carried more and more. Very accurate and reliable. I don't think it's being produced any more but used ones are still around.

I was in the same boat a few years ago and bought a Rami. Didn't fit me right. Sold it. Last year bought a PCR and P01. REALLY like them both. Rami wil never cross my mind again.
My friend has a P07. He really likes it. Good shooter. I'm just not a plastic fan.

I have a P-01 and a P-07 and they are both excellent. I just depends on whether you you prefer polymer or alloy.

Of the 4 CZ pistols I shoot regularly the P-07 Duty has become one of my favorites. For what ever reason it shoots very well for me. I have about 1400 rounds thru mine with zero jams.

Accuracy is really impressive not only for me but every one that shoots it. CZ really nailed the grip design on this one. The Grip frame is narrower than a typical CZ 75/85.

Mine is an early one that does not drop the magazine free, usually have to give it a slight pull but it is not something I'm to concerned with.

Definatly an aluminum frame.

Grab up a P01 or PCR with thin aluminum grips.

Excellent. and you can use your same mags.

P01 or PCR, but if your not going to carry, just a range/house gun, look into the SP01 series, especially the Phantom poly, just adopted by the Czech military.

I bought a 75B many years ago, then quickly purchased a 75D PCR for carry. Have been carrying it for ten years. Perfect.

If I could, I'd get a P01 from Top Gun Supply. http://www.topgunsupply.com/cz-p01-handguns.html
Gotta love CA restrictions...
Otherwise, I'd look into a cz75SA. Has both the up-swept beavertail and a finger-friendly trigger; the recurve trigger kills my finger, and the regular beavertail seems like it would dig into the hand...
A Shadow would be killer too. Just make sure it's got the 85C trigger and not the recurved one.

I suggest a PCR as a smaller, lighter counterpart. This is (so far) my only CZ pistol and I like it very much. Remember that it operates differently from the 75B, having a decocker instead of a manual safety and requiring a double action first shot.

Get a CZ 75 SA (great trigger) or go big and upgrade to a CZ 97.

Of course you could just get a Kadet Kit for the pistol you already have - nice for plinking.

Hello friends and neighbors // I like the 75B and 2075RAMI combo.

The Mags from the 75B work in the RAMI just not visa-versa as the 8 round RAMI Mags are too short to work in the 75B. You can also get 12 round mags.

Warning;;the RAMI is a little snappy weak hand, at least in .40s&w.

Enjoy finding what works for you.

If you're not looking to carry, try the CZSPO1 Shadow if you want an amazing gun.

I shoot my son's Shadow, and get jealous. I shoot a very good worked 75B, but the Shadow is faster and easier to shoot well.

After the Shadow, I'd pick the SA. It has the best trigger OOB, and with just a few dollars invested has a 'great' trigger.

After the SA, the 85 Combat comes with adjutable sights and dual safeties.

All 3 of these make great range guns and can be used effectively in competition.

I am very happy with the CZ P-01 just has the best balance of features, design and size. Fun to shoot and rock solid.

It's RAMI season again, but PCRs are nice to carry, too.

PCRs are just harder to find these days.

After almost 7 years of carry of a alloy framed RAMI and flawless performance.

I'll be switching to a RAMI P next month.

I'd say handle both the PCR and RAMI and see where that leads you.

Best of luck with your eventual purchase.

I'm a CZ user:D I love my SA! A PCR will be next, best looking compact they make besides the original 75B compact. Good luck picking one!!:D

Carrying is not a priority so maybe look at the SP-01 models (like the shadow or phantom).

Maybe it is too similar to what you already have, but the CZ 75 Tactical Sport model has one hell of a trigger. Really, really, really nice trigger.
