Since you're not looking for a carry gun I'd go with the SP-01.
I have a 75B and an SP-01 Tactical. I love the SP-01 a lot more. The ergos of the 75B are great, but the smaller grip fore/aft on the SP-01 was an improvement.
The added forward weight of the full rail makes shooting it easy.
The SP-01 can make a decent shooter look like a pro.
The SP-01 is different than the 75B enough that I don't think it'd be a redundant purchase.
But, if having two full sized guns seems redundant to you then get the P-01. It's very similar to the SP-01 just smaller.
