CZ PO1 or the glock 19??

Between the two I chose CZ, but the CZ-75D PCR instead of the P-01. I don't like the blockiness of the light rail on the P-01 for concealed carry.

I have a CZ 75B (not a P01), my best friend has a CZ 85 Combat (also not the P01) and he has had 2 Kahrs (an MK9 and a PM9). I have also shot the Kahr K9 as a range rental before. I have shot a Glock before and I do own two non-Glock and non-Kahr polymers (a Ruger 345 and a Taurus PT140 M. Pro- you'll see in a moment where these come in with some relation to your question). Anyway, while I don't have specific experience with the particular guns you are looking at I do have experience with similar guns and guns from those makers.

I'm not sure I can give a suggestion so much as give you some pros and cons. My order would probably be the Kahr first and the others somewhere close behind for second (I'm not sure which would be ahead of the other), but that may change on any given day.

CZ:

I like my CZ a lot. For a while it was one of my 2 or 3 favorite guns. It is reliable (mostly), it is very accurate, it feels very good in my hand and it seems much better made than most guns in its price range. Still, it isn't up to the production standards (no matter what the fans say) of guns like SIG and HK, but those aren't on your list (just don't believe the hype). For a CCW gun my only complaint against the P01 is that all CZs are relatively wide double stacks (not too wide for a metal double stack, but very wide compared to the single stack Kahr and a little on the wide side compared to the double stack but polymer Glock). Personally, I don't like the accessory rail on the P01 so if I was looking for a CCW CZ I'd go with the PCR or go with a little extra weight and get the 9mm CZ 75 Compact.

Kahr:

These guns just feel right to me. They are probably the most comfortable small pistols out there. The ones I've had experience with (both my best friend's guns and the range rental) have had 100% reliability, not just in my hand but with my friend as well. They are accurate, and they feel very well made. They are all very good CCW guns- not too heavy in metal, very thin (about the thinnest you'll find), and the polymer guns are pushing the limits as far as weight to power (especially in .40) so they are quite light. The only negatives is that if you look around these boards it seems the polymer versions have had some quality issues (it may or may not affect your gun) and they are expensive. Also, while I find the PM9 comfortable, if that is the model you're interested in you may want to shoot it first- it does have very noticable recoil, just not too bad (about like a steel framed J-frame), and if you want the polymer .40s you definately should shoot it first to be sure the recoil isn't too much for you (I wouldn't worry too mucy about the steel models). I definately plan to own one of these myself when I have the funds (probably the PM9).

Glock:

I've never been a huge fan of the design but they are good guns. The polymer design means a light gun (for the size) that is still comfortable to shoot (for some reason polymer seems to "absorb" some of the felt recoil) and it tends to be thinner than a similar gun would be if made of steel or aluminum. Glocks tend to be very reliable, reasonably accurate, fairly comfortable for the size, weight and caliber, and well made. They are maybe a little overpriced but they are affordable compared to a SIG or HK. If it was me I'd go with the 26 as I like smaller guns but the Glock 19 is a great size for an all purpose gun (big enough for HD and range use, small enough for CCW).

I too chose these two pistol as finalists. Ended up with The Glock 19. Without some serious gunsmithing, the P01 trigger is pretty sorry. The P01 is heavier, fatter and accessories like holsters, mags and sights are harder to find. I realy do like the CZ lineup, but for a compact Glock 19 wins.

Did you try a CZ PCR? More compact than a G19 and a very accurate, reliable pistol. G19 is no slouch either, I just like the CCZ more.
