I'd go with the Glock 19. For one, if something breaks (rare, but it does happen), most parts are uber cheap and can be replaced by anyone with a punch and some mechanical aptitude.
Holsters are easy to find, holsters for CZ's usaully force the custom route.
Magazines are cheap, easy to find, and utterly reliable. For CZ's you often have to order them.
The G19 takes the 17 round mags, or the 31 round mags and either can be fit with a +2 extension. For CZ's I don't think this is the case.
No silly external safeties to worry about.
The G19 is lighter and will be easy to carry, yet it's not heavy enough to drag the belt down like a steel gun will.
Don't get me wrong, I like the CZ line of guns, I just think that for your needs, the G19 fits them better.
