CZ RAMI vs XD Sub Comp 9mm?

I am trying to narrow down my next gun purchase. I am looking for thoughts and opinions on the CZ 2075 RAMI 9mm, the CZ RAMI 9mm SS and the XD 9mm Sub Comp. I also have thought about the BERSA 9mm UC. They are all about the same price (with the exception being the BERSA). Any advice? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

To me it depends what kind of trigger you want. The Rami can be is SA/DA with ability to carry cocked and locked. The XD has the same trigger pull for each shot, and no manual safety.

Both are great guns. I haven't shot an XD9 sub, but I do have an XD45 Service and don't have any complaints. I own a Rami 9mm and love the gun, very fast follow-ups and very accurate for such a small gun. Emptying a mag COM isn't hard at all.

When I was looking for a ccw, the XD was in the running. I just felt it was top heavy maybe it was just me. I went with the Rami and have not regrets.
