The last time I went out to the range my CZ75 stopped functioning. Essentially, the double action sear stopped putting any pressure on the hammer.
For those who aren't familiar with the CZ75, when firing in single action the hammer does get cocked back maybe 1/32" by the double action sear, so at the range the hammer would drop half the time and the other half of the time it would catch on the 1/2 cock notch.
I got it apart and found pretty quickly that the trouble was caused by a lack of tension on the trigger transfer bar, which in turn was caused by the screw that holds in the trigger bar spring and the magazine catch spring shooting loose.
Now my question is, how common of a problem is this? And what could I do past locktite to prevent this from happening again?
