CZ75B or Sig226 ?

I own both at P229 (in .40 S&W) and the CZ75B (In .40 S&W). I also own a P220 Carry and a CZ75 Pre-B. Both are excellent weapons in reliability, accuracy, and ergonomics. My preference is for the CZ75B, but it fits my hand better.

The best advice I can offer is to go to a gun shop, look for models of each that have all the options and features you want, and choose the one that fits you best. Know that you will almost certainly be happy with whatever you end up with and there are no bad options here.

If I may make a suggestion. Stop putting so much trust in the whiney-assed complaints about SIG quality you see on some forums. They are made by three types of people. One--long time SIG owners who don't think SIG should have changed anything since 1975. Two--brand new SIG owners (or brand new handgun owners) who get all hand-wringy over any possible indication of something they don't understand--which is just about everything. Three--the people who read stuff from types one and two and repeat it constantly.

Some people are unable to justify their decisions or opinions without dissing the other options. You would be well-served with either a CZ or a SIG.
