Justice Scalia is a friend to gun owners, hunters and believes the right of self defense is inherent as much as Joseph Story and Blackstone thought it to be. This is good news that he is writing it and it will be released tomorrow... I hope he is true to form on the opinion he writes and this is really a broad support of Individual rights to gun ownership, self defense and the Second Amendment correctly interpreted once and for all.
If it is all that, I don't mind waiting one more day!
If it isn't all that, the wait for bad news gives me one more day to think positively that our rights will not be undermined in this decision.
