I am trying to date this shotgun with no luck. I will attach pictures. It appears to be a Remington with Browning patents. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Got one just like it. Rem M11. My goto auto. If I've dated mine properly, 1906. Has flaming bomb on it.

On the left side of the barrel there are 2 letters. They are the month and year it was manufactured. Go to the Remington Society of America web site and look up "Dates of Manufacture" and you will find out when it was made. The years listed will start at 1920 if I remember correctly. Remington did the same dating on their first 2 piece .22 boxes which were made from 1911to 1920 . But the year comes first, then the day of the month, then the month. Because the firearms only started date marking in 1920, if you count back from 1920 to1911 you will find out the ammo box letter is "C" for 1911. More than you asked for ---Sorry.
