Per Phil Sharpe, Bullseye No 1 came out in 1899 or thereabouts as "punchings" from perforated disk powder.
In a couple of years it was so popular they had to set up to make it in volume, Bullseye No 2.
I don't know if they have "reformulated" it over time like they have other powders, but would not be surprised if they had.
