Dearborn Police makes brownies, calls 911.

Thsi policeman steals drugs, makes brownies for he and his wife, then calls 911 to report that they are overdosing. He says it's the first and only time, his wife says they have done it before, with cocaine. The dept lets him resign, meaning he doesn't lose his commission and can get another police job. No charges are filed.

This kind of thing erodes respect for LEOs. My response, to restore the respect, would be to fry this guy and his wife on all charges. Instead, they let him walk.

No cop-bashing please! The police are too busy destroying their own reputations without any help.

This was all over CNN yesterday. They were playing the 911 call.

That was the funniest 911 call I have ever heard. Even the news caster lost it...
