Detroit PD Glocks

I've been seeing alot of these used Glock 22's in the shops lately. I assume they are first generation models. The serial numbers are usually 00xxx DPD.
Detroit Police Department is stamped on the right side of the slide. I found one at a shop today at $350, with 3 14rd mags.
Around here a used Glock is usually over $425 so I bought it.
Any feedback on them? Anyone have any problems with yours? It has what I assume is some holster wear on the outside, but inside it looks pretty good. I won't get out with it until the weekend. I hope it's a good shooter.

My uncle bought two. one looked unfired the other had some holster wear.

I got a gen 1 g17 a couple years back. works great. now glock did have a safety upgrade for some of the really old guns. you might take a look into that. (when I sent mine in the replaced most of the internals)

All .40 Glock's are GEN2/3/4. GEN2 started in 1988 and the first .40 Glock's made were in 1990.
