At my local indoor range, I saw a guy having trouble with his pistol. It is a DB9. He was having a lot of stoppages with the bullet's nose jammed into the chamber hood and the back of the case practically not even out of the magazine.
I witnessed a double jam - two bullets standing up with the top one jammed into the chamber hood. He has tried HPs, ball, etc. of all weights. Limp-wristing is not the cause. I tthink is is an issue with the magazines (he has two). Would this be fixed if he opened up the fronts of the magazine lips? Is anyone out there familiar with this problem on the DB9?
