I just ordered a couple of die sets, a double disk kit and odds and ends from them, no problems, came in one shipment. Guess I got lucky.
titan looked good to me also.
I've had problems trying to reach them on the phone & my first order with them my card was charged 4x so when I went to the store the card was denied but I have had tons of problems with my bank so the bank got the blame. Everything was fixed the next day though.
The first time I ordered you could pick your shipping method but the next time I went to order shipping was changed to UPS only so on large orders shipping is cheaper but small order is way to high. Since I only needed a few cheap things it was cheaper to pay 3x the cost locally. I have ordered from them twice & will probably order from them again.
I have a bud who is joint owner of a popular resturant chain who tells me that the saying "the customer is always right" comes out of the food biz and really only applies to purely subjective items, such as too salty, too sweet, etc...
I work in an industry, where the customer (buyer, engineer, etc...) is very often totally wrong. In these situations, it's our responsibility to politely educate the customer and lead them into making the right decision.
On those occasions where they insist on doing it wrong... they sign off on the prints and they get what they get. If it doesn't work out, they're on the hook. We will not refund, replace or re-work.
For fairness sake:
Greg from Factory Sales LLC called today and tried to explain how busy they were etc. Apology accepted and case is closed on my part. (It doesn't mean I will order anything from them again though. At least not for a while)
