Anyone uses it? Any comment?
How would you compare your experience compared to a lathe like the Hornady or Lyman?

Fast, easy, accurate, repeatable, smooth, what else can I say? Nothing bad about it.

I've had one for about 20 years. For trimming large amounts of brass in common calibers, it's great. The limitation is they only make dies in the popular calibers and they don't offer a custom service. The individual dies are also a little pricey.

It takes about as long as sizing a case to trim it, but you still have to deburr and chamfer the brass afterwards.

I like mine.

Great piece of equipment but rather expensive. I would not buy one unless I had many cases to trim. Under a hundred cases I wouldn't bother buying one. JMHO!

I generally trim my rifle cases in batches of 1,000. When doing those numbers, it makes a big difference. I also wouldn't consider one for small amounts of brass.

Had one for a while. Works fine, but switched to a Giraud to eliminate having to chamfer and deburr.

It costs a lot, is loud and not for every case but can't be beat for high volumes. I have never had to trim or chamfer/deburr any done but I don't load cast rife bullets.

I don't bother chamfering or deburring cases after trimming. I toss them in the tumbler and let them run about an hour with corncob and this removes the case lube and deburrs them very well. Of course I'm not loading these for competition but plinking or for one of my fully automatics where accuracy is not of paramount importance.
