Um, maybe. I generally like Dillon and like my SD press, but I need to tell you that support can vary depending on who you get when you call. I have had them replace parts at no cost, and have had them charge for parts that I thought they should cover.
My SD press came set up for .45 ACP and I am now adding 9mm. My press came with only the large pistol primer tube and transport mechanism and I had later learned that I should have gotten both systems. So I called to see if they could send the small pistol primer parts, which I should have received in the first place. Yes, they are sending the parts to me, but at full cost. Even after asking if they could send them free, they said "No, you lost the parts and need to purchase them." I never lost any parts and even have the original packaging.
Many here will sing the praises of Dillon support, and for good reasons. But if you read all the posts you will also find several who agree that the quality and fairness of support sometimes varies with who you speak to when calling them.
