Does anyone have the dimensions (specifically, drop at the comb and heel) for the Hogue short buttstocks that they're selling? Specific article of interest is the 870 version.
Reason: I like a short buttstock, but the Speedfeed short version has the same profile as the regular length buttstock, so when the gun moves an inch closer to my shoulder the comb effectively moves "up" and beats me up more on recoil than the regular length stock does.
I looked for dims on the Hogue website but couldn't find them. I can call them Monday but was curious if anyone had the dimensions, or had one to compare to the factory stock.
Any other comments on the Hogue stocks would be welcome, too.
