Disabling Mag Disconnect on S&W Pistols

Is it possible to disable the magazine disconnect feature on Smith & Wesson autos? I am interested in purchasing a 3953.
 
Yes.
You have to remove the rear sight.
Under it, you will find two plungers.
Remove the plastic plunger and spring on the LEFT side of the dovetail.
