Does Springfield EMP Ronin have Half Cock Hammer Position

Does the Springfield EMP in 9MM have a half cock position and can the safety be on at half cock? I am really a fan of the Hi Power because of this capability. I know cocked and locked is viable because of the grip safety. Thanks
