Spousal Unit now has complete control of your life if your firearms mean anything to you, and you say they do. One Restraining Order with a mention of the MI incident, (see copy of record attached) and you're another Emerson case. I shudder to think of the Big D word.

is right she told the cops she just wanted me calmed down and they told her no he is going to yail befire they even talked to me ....
and my lawyer told the ADA theat is top witness (my wife) would not testify for him

In NY your case would have rated nothing more than simple harassment which, while a domestic ofense, requires the victim to state that s/he wants the other party arrested. If you have a misdemeanor level offense like assault, then its out of the victims hands. I was originally referring more to the prosecution phase; if the victim wont testify, the People will proceed without him/her.

This is BS. Lautenberg is an enemy of the people. If the government gets its way, jaywalking will be a felony and jaywalkers will lose their right to keep and bear arms.

What I think is BS is that I can be Pushed and stopped from walking away from an arguement but when I push them out of my way so I can leave this happens ....
