she is a perfect example of the bloated,self rightous, uneducated people who are running this once great country. how can you even think of passing a law about something that you have no idea about?

I guess she might have been thinking of an undefolder stock. that you have to bring up to unfold. Like on an AKMS or MP-40.
Or maybe one of those flaps you see on the butt of a machinegun that flips out and hooks on top of your shoulder to help keep the gun shouldered for extended periods of time. Forgot what they're called.

Either way her guess wasn't even on the right end of the gun.

It doesn't mean a thing. It's a completely nonsensical answer from someone who doesn't have the slightest clue what she's talking about, yet who believes she has the expertise to dictate what should and should not be legal to American gun owners.
