Double Star carbine?

I just came from a local gun shop and he had a Double Star Carbine with detachable carry handle on sale for 739. It had the short hand gaurds and a staright barrel not the m4 type. So is this a good deal? he only has two of these and when there gone so is the sale.

Good price, DS is good stuff. Go get it, wont regret it.

You would be better served looking at a S&W or even a spikes in that price range. I have seen a number of Out of spec DS parts over the years.
