DPMS in 7.62 or 308

Greetings,

I noticed on the DPMS website they have rifles in 7.62 and in 308. They only have 3 models in 308.
On rguns.net, they have only 308. But I think they are 7.62. For example the sportical is shown as a 7.62 on DPMS and 308 on rguns.net.

Can anyone comment and give advices?

The DPMS website is the correct chambering for those rifles. They can both handle both styles of ammo, but the 308 is a tighter chamber and will have extraction issues with certain foreign 7.62 ammo.

I would pick based on the model you want rather than precise chamber, unless firing a lot of foreign surplus is a big part of your use.
