Take your pick on brand. With no physical over-ride a loose connection locks you away from your guns. Mine failed and after almost 2 months of trying to find a locksmith who could open it without destroying the safe I miraculously got it open and installed the brand new parts that Cannon supplied. Next time it happens I have the locations marked to drill and I will own a combination safe shortly after I get this POS out of the house.
