EAA Witness Match Magazine Questions

Will standard CZ-75B mags work with the Witness Match? I'm pretty sure they won't. The only confusion I have is about the frame size. I think the CZ-75B mags will work with older smaller framed Witness's, but not the newer fullsized Witness Match frame. Anybody know anything about this? Also, whats the deal with some coming with rails, and others not?

Also, are the Mec-Gar 16 rd magazines at Midway better than factory ones?
