Meg Whitman was the CEO of eBay from March 1998 to March 2008.
She became the CEO in 1998. They stopped selling guns in 1999:

She was also the CEO when they upgraded the anti-gun policy in 2007:

She now campaigns to be the Republican Governor of California.
Does anyone have some more detailed information on her stance on firearm rights?

that seems to make it fairly obvious there in what you posted. I would bet she is against guns.

In all fairness to Mrs. Whitman, a corporate policy and a personal view are not the same thing. There are many factors at work at ebay, not to say the least of which, the leadership has been usurped by a cabal of liberal activists with MANY extreme views.

In any event, I don't see her being a worse candidate than.....the current governor.

Perhaps I should also say that I would back the candidate that the NRA endorses.
