Yesterday went to the Rock Springs WY gunshow. Many, many EBR's available starting at $1000.00 and going up to about $1600.00. Very few people even looking and only saw one go out. This is the third gunshow in the last 6 weeks I have been to and observed the same situation. I think maybe most of the folks who wanted one have now got one and the speculators buying truckloads are maybe starting to sweat a little. Also seems to be plenty of EBR ammo for sale about everywhere, a little expensive but still there, again I did not see any flying out the door.

Right now Obama is too busy switching us to socialism to create unnecessary opposition by pushing the gun issue. But it will happen. Just wait, it will get a lot worse. If you can buy a cheap AR now, I recommend doing it.

The AR buying spree is over. Rifles and mags are easily available. CDNN is selling Bushmaster and CMMG for $899. They are also offering $150 worth of free accessories for some models.

One can only hope.

Hope this means I can start finding parts at decent prices to build up the lowers I bought back in Sept & October. There are still a few AR configurations I'd like to get eventually.

Two local dealers have dozens between them. In fact, one dealer canceled 10 because they've slowed so much.

A fool and his money is soon parted. This is an example.

So when can I start getting the 50 dollar never shot AR's the market is supposed to be flooded with?!?!?

Actually, scaring people into buying a bunch of AR's might be a good idea for Obama. Most of those people are only interested in having an AR for themselves, and don't really care much about the future availablity. Now that they have their AR, they will go back to watching ESPN, and not put up a fight in the event Obama decides to push forward.

I really hate to expose my ignorance but I don’t imagine any of you really care.

What does EBR stand for?

Some of my internet search so far as turned up -
EBR PERFORMANCE - FOR ALL YOUR MOTOCROSS, SUPERCROSS, STREET ...

East Baton Rouge parish library

European Business Register

Enhanced Business Reporting

Employee Benefit Resources

Electronic Batch Record

and then finally - Enhanced Battle Rifle which was created at the request of the Navy Seals. Is that what we are talking about here _

Jinks! You owe me a coke.
Good luck getting it out of him. Lives in a nother state for crying out loud. Besides, this is a gun forum so you have to stay on topic. He should owe you a box of 380.

I've been seeing a lot of good deals on ARs for less than $1,000. Heck, some less than $800. I would say that's a pretty good sign it's about over.
I imagine those that loaded up will begin to panic soon and there will be some great deals out there.

Unless you are a dealer, I don't understand any panic if gun and ammunition inventories stabilize. Bought a rifle and paid too much, wait a few years and that will be market price.

But I personally think something is going to happen to re-kindle the "panic" and it will be for real this time and legislation will follow.

Keep your firearms and stay the course.

No socialist government ever allows its citizens unfettered access to firearms. When Obama has us sufficiently socialized (which he has been wildly successful at thus far), the gun issue will come back up.

The people who fail to see this now are the same ones who failed to see the buying panic that occurred when Obama was elected.
