might start law school in September at one of the schools I've been accepted to, or wait a year if I do well enough on the June LSAT to apply to a top 10 school.

Working on getting my masters in environmental studies at the University of Illinois. I plan on working for the Wildlife commission in Illinois after I graduate. I'm around liberal, tree hugging types all the time in my field, however, I entered this field because I want to help protect our natural habitats. I don't endorse global warming, and I have no problem with people driving non-hybrid cars. I guess I'm not your typical environmentalist, let alone your stereotypical gun owner. I don't care if I make 30K the rest of my life as long as I can work outside helping conserve our national forests and parks.

Got my bachelors at a state school in kansas.

Completed 3 years of college, got a girlfriend and a motorcycle. Bad combination. Flunked out, was drafted (in 1966, yet! Shows how smart I was.) and went in the Navy rather than the Army/Marines. (There is my name on The Wall in Washington DC. Some poor guy from Georgia. Freaked me out when I saw that!)

Got out after 4 years, went back and got my degree. Later I got a Masters when I was 35.

Got through 1.5 years of law school but both the school and I agreed that I wasn't cut out for the law. (AKA, I flunked out. However, I met the smartest bunch of people while in law school and have nothing but respect for the profession.)

I completed the Sally Struthers School of Foreign Policy Planning and Gun Repair. Magna Cum Laude.

I took all my classes, and when all my paper work is processed and done, I'll have a Bachelor's in Psychology.

I'm looking into going into grad school for PR, or HR, or something where I can make money (there's not a lot without a PhD in psych).

BUT, right now I manage a Journeys store, which rules because I love shoes and rad discounts. Plus, I'm 23, and I have all of my college loans/etc... paid off through this job :) So I'm at least up to par with the rich kids who've never worked a day in their lives.

I am one of them Red Necks with a BS from Mississippi State and an MS from Embry-Riddle.

Got my GED to join the Army.
Went to community college and decided to up grade.
BS in biology.

AA General Studies
BS Major in Psychology Minors in English, History, Spanish and Social Welfare
MS Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling

Trained as a diesel mechanic, air conditioning and refrigeration, mobile and stationary power plants in the Navy

Certified Time and Motion Study Analyst as it applies to occupational therapy

Dropped out of all that to start my own business in 1985. Started a second business in 1995 and ran it along side the first. Closed both of them and started a third business in 2001. Still working the third, or will be when I get off medical restrictions.

Education could easily be the only thing that has kept me partly sane these last 38 years.

BA History with a minor in Econ.

Worked while the wife was knocking out her MD.

Now I'm back in school working on an MBA (though I'm still working on prerequisites like business law and statistics until Fall semester.)
